Welcome to the program. Your meditations are ready to be downloaded. Practice each of these meditations once per day beginning today. The Gratitude of Breath meditation is the one recommended for the morning and the Present Moment meditation is the one recommended for the evening.
You will complete both meditations once per day in the morning and evening for 12 weeks. The suggested time for the morning meditation is ideally soon after you have risen and before any caffeinated beverages. The suggested time for the evening meditation to be completed is within the hour before bed.
Simply download the meditations to your laptop, tablet or smart phone and have them available for use anywhere at anytime.
